This website (wealthysolopreneur.com) is operated by ThriveOne, LLC, a limited liability company registered in the State of Florida ("we", "us", "our"). These Terms cover Wealthy Solopreneur only; our other brands have their own terms.

By accessing this site or purchasing anything through it, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

2. Use of the site

You may use this site for your own personal and business purposes. You agree not to:

• Copy, republish, resell, or redistribute our content or products without written permission
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the site or its systems
• Use the site in any way that breaks applicable law, or that interferes with anyone else's use of it
• Scrape, mirror, or bulk-download the site or its content

We may change, suspend, or remove any part of the site at any time without notice.

3. Free resources and newsletter

Free guides, prompts, templates, and newsletter content are provided for general informational purposes. They're shared as-is, without warranty of any kind, and nothing in them is financial, legal, tax, or professional advice. What worked in our business may not work in yours.

4. Purchases made elsewhere

Nothing is sold or purchased through this website. We don't run a checkout, take payment, or process card details here. Where this site links to a product, that link takes you to a separate third-party platform that handles the sale, payment, delivery, and support itself — for example, digital products such as Instagram Income Blueprint and Monetization Unleashed are sold through Whop.

Once you leave this site, that platform's terms and refund policy govern your purchase, not these Terms. Refund requests should be made through the platform you bought from, following its own process and timeframes. Access to purchased products

Digital products are licensed to you for your own use, not sold outright. You get a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to use what you buy. You may not share login credentials, redistribute files, or resell access.
