Go to shotcut.org and download the free version for your operating system.
Install it and open the app.
Create a new project — pick a save location, name it, and hit start.
Click "Open File" and import the watermarked video.
Drag the clip onto the timeline.
Click "Filters," hit the plus icon, and search for "Spot Remover."
Add the filter — a small box will appear over your video preview. Drag it directly over the watermark and resize it to fully cover the logo.
Shotcut blends the area into the surrounding footage automatically.
Repeat steps 5–8 for any additional clips.
When you're done, click "Export" → "Export Video and Audio," choose your save location, name the file, and export.
That's it. Clean video, no watermark, no cost.
